Our Gas Refill Programme is designed with your convenience in mind. We can deliver refills as often as you need them, and the rental period allows you a maximum of 4 months before requiring a refill.

HOW TO ORDER:

Here's how our service works:

• 1. Sign up hassle-free: Just enrol in our Cylinder Rental Agreement, and you're all set for a seamless experience.
• 2. Quick delivery: Once you join, your Cylinders of CO2 will be on their way to you within 1-2 working day.
• 3. Convenient refills: Ordering refills couldn't be easier! Access your online account, and you can place refill orders with a few clicks. We'll also send you timely reminders via telephone, email, or text, so you never miss a refill. Need to keep our cylinders for more than 4 months? No worries – you can easily arrange this for an additional £2.49 per week. On your designated refill day, sit back and relax! Our Courier driver will deliver fresh cylinders right to your doorstep .

HOW TO RETURN YOUR EMPTIES:

We've made it super easy for you to get the empty CO2 refill bottles back to us! Here's what you need to do:

• 1. Place your empty canisters in the CO2 Refill Box we provide for you.
• 2. Attach our complimentary shipping label to the box - no extra cost to you!
• 3. Simply courier the box to us using our designated courier company drop-off site that's conveniently located near you.
• 4. To order your return courier label , please click on this link : https://returns.sorted.com/ohbubbles/ That's it! No hassle, no extra steps. We've taken care of everything to make the process smooth and straightforward for you. Just drop off the box, and we'll handle the rest. Your refills will be on their way in no time! REMEMBER – WE WORK ON TRUST

We want to make sure you feel at ease with our service! When you join our Refill Programme, you're renting our cylinders from us – it's that simple! We believe in building trust with our customers, and we won't take any deposits on your card. The best part is, you have complete freedom to cancel your plan whenever you like. If you ever decide to discontinue, we kindly request that you let us collect our cylinders from you within 5 working days. Your satisfaction is essential to us, and by joining the Refill Programme, you agree to be bound by our terms. We're here to make your experience smooth and enjoyable!
