Free Shipping for All Products (Excluding Gas Refills)

If your order is above £50, you'll qualify for free shipping (amazing!). If your order is below £50, the delivery costs are a flat rate of £7.50 per order.

Gas Refills Shipping Charges

If your order includes 3 or more gas refills, or any of our Annual Gas Plans, you'll qualify for free shipping. For orders of 2 or fewer gas bottle refills, the delivery costs are a flat rate of £7.50 per order.

Free Return of Empty Gas Bottles

We offer free courier return of all our gas bottles within our delivery areas. For out-of-delivery areas, including remote and non-mainland UK locations, there is a charge of £20 per package due to restrictions and increased freight costs.

Shipping Times

Once you place your order, we ensure a swift response! Your goods are delivered by DPD or Royal Mail, reliable and reputable courier services. Typically, your order should arrive within 2–5 working days, depending on your location and the time of year.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the driver will either leave the package at the delivery address (if deemed safe) or leave a card with instructions on how to collect your order from the courier service. You may also leave specific delivery instructions during the checkout process.

Additional Notes

• We deliver to most mainland UK areas. However, in cases where freight surcharges are excessive, your order may not be accepted at checkout.
• Due to restrictions, increased freight charges, and additional surcharges for handling hazardous goods, we are unable to deliver to certain postcodes, including remote Scottish Highlands, Islands, and other non-mainland locations.
• If your postcode falls under these restricted areas, your order will be cancelled and refunded automatically.

Excluded Postcodes:
IV, HS, KA27–KA28, KW, PA20–PA78, PH, ZE, BT, IM, TR21–TR25.

Delivery Timeframe:
2–5 working days, depending on your location. Delivery times may be longer during public holidays (e.g., Christmas, Easter, etc.).
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or addresses outside of mainland UK.
