Blood Orange Mojito

It’s refreshing and easy drinking, and it provides a zesty, minty punch that makes it an ideal complement to a warm summer day

Ingredients

• 8 leaves Mint
• 60 ml oz white rum
• 15 ml Lime Juice
• 20 ml Oh Bubbles Blood Orange Soda Syrup
• 100 ml Oh Bubbles Sparkling Water
• mint

Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice and shake.  

 Stir to gently mix the ingredients into a chilled Collins  glass.

Top with 100 ml Oh Bubbles Sparkling Water and stir
